Eddie comes to us having studied Hospitality Management at Ohio State with a focus on hotels and lodging. He then made the switch to restaurants and culinary arts and spent the following 14 years in the restaurant industry as a chef and restaurant manager. Having spent the better part of two decades in the Hospitality industry, he grew weary of the every night and weekend schedule and long hours. He then chose to follow a different path of interest, and began working as a handyman, quickly developing his business to include most every aspect of home maintenance and renovations. Becoming a Realtor was the next logical step, tying all of his knowledge and experience into a profession that would use all of his skills–from being able to meet and exceed his customers' needs and expectations, to identifying potential issues with properties and knowing immediately associated codes and costs, not to mention he can throw a great housewarming party!
